Encore Update


It’s been a busy few months for us here in the heart of small town Tishomingo, Oklahoma. We moved into our building in town and had our open house/ribbon cutting celebration. We made it through the oftentimes hectic summer season, and we’ve learned…a lot!

In fact, every day here proves to be a learning experience, and there’s always room to improve. That’s our focus here for the slower season, to take what we’ve learned and use it to improve our employees, our policies, our services, and our overall customer experience.  Right now our owner, Phillip Blue, and one of our technicians are actually in Phoenix at a “boot camp,” learning how to be even better at their jobs. How cool is that?

With growth comes change, and for the better! We are currently working on revamping our Service Agreements, to give you even more perks! Be on the lookout for that announcement sometime in the near future. Also, don’t forget the tune up special we’re running through the fall months. Make sure your system is ready for these crazy Oklahoma winter days!

ONE LAST THING! We plan on being better about keeping you in the loop. We want to be more present in our community (more on that later on!) and we want to make these posts a regular, interactive thing. That being said, please take the survey below and tell us what you would like to see more of!
